How do you calculate electricity cost in Brazil?

Divide appliance watts by 1,000, multiply by hours and days, then multiply the resulting kWh by your complete R$/kWh bill rate. The starting reference here is R$ 0.78938/kWh for Enel São Paulo B1 conventional residential service before taxes, public-lighting charges and the monthly tariff flag.
